Smile! :)

I believe that some of the best medicine is laughter. I need it every single day, a nice big loud laugh that you share with a friend, a coworker, a loved one, it helps bring us closer together. Letting that inner child express itself through little stupidities or funny moments is a wonderful gift to share with the world, because laughter is contagious. And of course, the best part is it is free! So don't be shy to let that part of yourself shine through, the world needs more smiles, more laughs, good news for a change! When I was younger I thought my mission was to share a smile with every person I met, which I do try to do, though perhaps a bit naive, as there is some quite harsh seriousness in the world. However, we can still connect in this way to relieve our minds, ours spirits from the heavy burdens we may carry to make it feel a bit lighter even for just one moment. It helps us remember, at one time we were all innocent children who laughed in the world. I always thought if I were to do a documentary it would be about what makes people happy, and so I am curious, what does make you happy? Comment below on my main page if you have any thoughts to share!

Thank you!! :)

And I hope this blog post makes you smile! :)

love this song below, it is a good reminder to smile even when we are feeling blue :)

Smile- sung by Nat King Cole, instrumental by Charlie Chaplin, lyrics by John Turner and Geoffrey Parsons
