Hawk eyes!

All too often it happens that we’re having a good day, but suddenly some sort of negative event, comment or other appears and it seems to outweigh all the good moments we had. Why do we close in on this negative space? What good does it do to us if we let it run around our minds like a hamster in a wheel? We need to watch our minds like hawks to recognize those patterns, to help us focus on what is healthy, but also to help us move beyond that negative space, to learn from it if necessary or just let it go. Just like in art, playing with negative vs positive space, you will see different pictures depending what you focus on. The mind is a great tool when in proper use, don’t let it run you over otherwise.

Looking forward to connecting
